Community Service

Charity and service start at home. Together, we do great work in the Waipahu community and the extended Leeward Coast. We focus our efforts in areas where we can make the largest impacts such as feeding the less fortunate, caring for our elderly, and supporting local schools and social programs.

Due to our longstanding ties with the community and its rich history, we also do a great deal of work supporting
Hawaii's Plantation Village, which is an outdoor museum that showcases the lifestyles and experience of Hawaii's plantation workers.

Our Community Service projects are organized and led by club membership and thus reflect our membership's favorite causes. Each member is encouraged to bring service ideas to the board of directors and nearly all of them are adopted for club participation. This is a great way to magnify your own philanthropic goals in a friendly, cohesive team of like-minded professionals.

Of the things we think, say or do
  1. Is it the TRUTH?
  2. Is it FAIR to all concerned?
  3. Will it build GOODWILL and better FRIENDSHIPS?
  4. Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?
