The most recent "Pearl-y" joint meeting took place at Hawaii's Plantation Village in Waipahu on Wednesday, July 5. Members of the Department of Defense Joint Personnel Recovery Team explained their mission. They travel all around the world to recover remains of MIA soldiers involved in actions from World War II and onward to the present. Many surviving families have been able to get closure and have a proper burial for their loved ones, thanks to the hard work of the Recovery Team that these gentlemen represent (Prez Bernie shown in the middle of the picture at left).  Enjoy the picture collage here: PhotoAlbums/dod-joint-personnel-recovery-team.
